If not, the Netflix show may have another surprising twist in store.
Since beginning in 2018,Youhas become one of Netflix’s biggest shows.
Sadly, it’s also one of severalNetflix shows ending in 2025.
Thankfully, a Netflix teaser has provided a subtle indication of what Joe’s ultimate fate could be.
He also replicates the structure wherever he goes.
The teaser trailer shows him staring down the lens and knocking on the glass.

Those clever or desperate enough to deceive him have been able to orchestrate a switcheroo.
That being said, he’s always been able to free himself again.
Unfortunately for Joe, he might not be so lucky this time around.
In many other stories, Badgley’s creepy character would be easily identifiable as the bad guy.
However, he’s quite clearly presented as a twisted protagonist in the context of the Netflix show.
As a result, those watching quite often want him to get away with all his unforgivable actions.
As proven by shows likeDexter,it can be tricky to find a suitable ending for characters like Joe.
