They are still located on Cybertron, although they have been banished from Iacon City.

The first confirmed member of the group is Megatron.
He is one of three characters outright shown to have the Decepticon symbol branded on their robotic bodies.
The other two confirmed Decepticon members are Shockwave and Soundwave.

Shockwave is a logical engineer who is also dangerously powerful.
Starscream, Shockwave, and Soundwave become the foundation for Megatron’s Decepticons to grow from afterTransformers One.
Now that the Decepticons are formed, Megatron has the firepower behind him to make good on this promise.
