The mystery is over as TNA ChampionJoe Hendrywas revealed as Randy Orton’s opponent atWWE’sWrestleMania 41in Las Vegas, ending speculation as to who it would finally be.
Orton had previously been scheduled to face Kevin Owens until he was forced out of actiondue to a serious neck injury.
The crowd went crazy for the appearance of Hendry, the current TNA Champion and one of the fastest rising stars in professional wrestling today.

In a weekend of firsts and surprises, Hendry appearing at WrestleMania, with theTNA Championship around his waist,was the first time in WrestleMania history that a non-WWE championship has appeared during this event.
In tandem with the news that TKO Group Holdings, WWE’s parent company, acquired AAA, WWE is fully leaning into its new branch out connections with other promotions outside its wheelhouse.
Hendry put up a good showing against Orton, but ultimately fell victim to an RKO out of nowhere after doing his signature ring turn towards the camera spot.
