He is powerful and seemingly immortal, possessing the ability to heal others as well as himself.
Still,we don’t necessarily know the extent of Master Raymond’s goals inOutlander.

Surely, this will mean some answers about his full purpose in theOutlanderuniverse.

However, the TV show has dedicated little energy to Claire’s exploration of her power.
As she practices her power,Outlanderseason 8 could draw further connections between Master Raymond and Claire.
The more we understand Master Raymond’s goals, the more we can guess whatClaire’sOutlanderfuturewill look like.
Like Master Raymond, Claire could become an ancient, mysterious figure of immense power.
