Once you’ve learned about the Gray Fox, you might start asking around about him.
This will also start a quest and give you a quest marker to follow to the meeting place.
Once there, Armand and two other NPCs, Methredhel and Amusei, will appear.
Talk to Armand and ask to join the Thieves Guild.
Once Armand accepts, he’ll give you a task.
