Bongs directorial debut,Barking Dogs Never Bite, is more comedic than his most famous works, but its a dark comedy in Bongs now well-known style.In terms of tone,Mickey 17is more reminiscent ofOkja, a science-fantasy action-adventure story.Okjafollows a young girl who raised a genetically modified super pig that is captured by an American company for its meat, and so the girl goes on a mission to rescue her friend.
