Valka is Hiccup’s believed-to-be-dead mother, while Drago is a Dragon hunter and the main villain.
All three delivered great performances and set a high bar for the live-action remake.
That is why the live-actionHow To Train Your Dragon 2would be smart to bring some of these actors back.
This is easier to do with Cate Blanchett and Djimon Hounsou, though.
Both actors can also easily pass for much younger if that was necessary for the story.
If any voice actors should return in live-action next, it’s them.
Kit Harington’s return as Eret is trickier to do.
They could tweak the character to facilitate Harington’s return if that is desired.

They are both incredibly talented performers and can easily slide back into these roles without anyone questioning it.
