As Alesia chased Johnny into the galley, Johnny couldn’t contain his emotions.
The moment Jason escorted Johnny off the boat,I knew that Johnny’s time was running out.
It was a shame, since Johnny had been a valuable crew member up until that moment.
Reality TV is more popular than ever.
Wihan, on the other hand, had been strugglingfor weeks with his position.
It was a cumulative decision based on feedback from the rest of the crew.

Johnny started the conversation by taking accountability, saying, “I was thinking a lot last night.
I definitely lost my composure.”
For the safety of the crew and us going forward, I have to let you go."
Before the words had fully left Captain Jason’s lips,Johnny said he understood.
The way he took the conversation with Captain Jason and the firing itself proved that Johnny has integrity.
He looked him in the eyes and took it in a strong and classy way.
He accepted his fate and didn’t attempt to argue.
In contrast,Wihan looked defiant when Captain Jason let him go.
He seemed confused about why he’d be removed from his position.
I really don’t hold a grudge against Alesia or Wihan.
Johnny and Alesia stayed in touch throughout the rest of the episode, with Alesia texting him non-stop.
She and Johnny were a sweet couple, but she won’t be lonely for long.
The charter season must go on, and new bosunNate Salmon already has his sights set on her.
As for Johnny, hopefully he’ll use this incident to make better choices in the future.
