Inspired by the biggest names in horror, there is something for everyone.
The entire menu is themed, adding to the immersive experience.
As he explains:
There’s a whole food and beverage program that’s unique to our nights.
Some of it’s tied into the properties we’re doing.
There’s a Texas Chainsaw Massacre barbecue downstairs, fully themed out.
It sounds bizarre, but it was very popular last time we did it.
And for The Weeknd, we have a full blown bar that we’re doing.
Our chef creates all of these custom items that are just sold during our nights.
I mean, it’s like really big.
And all kinds of different drinks and desserts and main courses.
And there is a food in the plaza as well.
There’s special taco creations along with all the different drinks that they offer.
It’s a full program.
