While there’s no telling exactly whenFoundationwill return to the small screen, season 3 isn’t scrapped.

That doesn’t seem out of the question, especially with production wrapping all the way back in 2024.
However, the visual effects-heavy series may have a longer than usual post-production period.
This means thatFoundationcould arrive in late summer or fall 2025.
There is also the shocking fact that the main protagonist,Hari Seldon, died in the second season.

Based on that statement, theFoundationseason 3 story might see Hari returning after all.
