Whether this was done for honor, vengeance, or both remains unclear.
Either way, Paris has proven to be a valuable new asset to Ethan’s team.
Meanwhile, Degas and his partner Jasper were simply sent to apprehend Ethan and his team inDead Reckoning.
No sequel has been announced, so it’s possible Hunt’s saga will finally come to an end.
Though this seems to be the case, nothing ever ends in Hollywood if there’s an audience.
The studio could decide to continue theMission: Impossiblefranchise beyond this film.
Whether Cruise will return to play Ethan remains to be seen.
