Among thestar-studded cast ofBeetlejuice Beetlejuice,Bob is one of the most strangely lovable characters.

Strangely, this makesBob’s death even more upsetting.

Hearing Bob’s voice cements the fact that audiences will likely never get any more of Bob in theBeetlejuicefranchise.

This BTS is the only new content viewers will get to enjoy.

On top of that, Bob’s voice hurts because it humanizes him.

When all he could do was mumble, Bob was cute, but not very human.

By having them mumble, a lot of their spookiness is decreased.

Beetlejuice Beetlejuice is the sequel to the original Tim Burton classic that starred Michael Keaton and Wynona Rider in a horror-comedy that involved ghosts trying to scare off new homebuyers from taking their house. The sequel brings back Michael Keaton as the hilarious and sleazy ghost with selfish intentions, now joined by Jenna Ortega in a new role.
