Perhaps this new Amazo model can do more than just copy powers and actually steal the powers of metahumans.
It wouldnt be that much of a stretch since Amazos tech is halfway there anyway.
Maybe it’s reaching, but it wouldhelp the Batman of Zur-En-Arrh achieve what hes trying to do.
