SPOILERS for Alien: Romulus!

I really enjoyedAlien: Romulusand saw it as a total return to form for the franchise.

The original Xenomorph was also taken and brought aboard the Renaissance for testing.

Of course, Weyland-Yutani is primarily interested in the Xenomorph.

She was the only person available who had experience with these aliens and could have prevented the situation.

Or, a more sinister idea is that they could have run experiments on her.

Alien: Romulus is the seventh film in the Alien franchise. The movie is directed by Fede Álvarez and will focus on a new young group of characters who come face to face with the terrifying Xenomorphs. Alien: Romulus is a stand-alone film and takes place in a time not yet explored in the Alien franchise.

However, this seems all too convenient and lucky for Ripley.
